The police chief of Bastrop Texas is on leave after he was arrested on a misdemeanor driving while intoxicated charge by Austin police.

A now-former Austin Texas police officer has been convicted on a distribution of controlled substance charge for giving crack cocaine to a prostitute’s boyfriend. He was facing several charges on allegations that he was giving drugs and cash to prostitutes and their boyfriends in exchange for sex and… friendship.

A Houston Texas police officer has been arrested on a felony records tampering charge on allegations that she altered a form from her doctor in order to get out of patrol duties. The problem was that her doctor sent a copy of that form directly to the department, revealing the doctored doctor’s excuse.
