My Understanding Of Global Warming

Lucy Van Pelt: Aren't the clouds beautiful? They look like big balls of cotton. I could just lie here all day and watch them drift by. If you use your imagination, you can see lots of things in the cloud's formations. What do you think you see, Linus?
Linus Van Pelt: Well, those clouds up there look to me look like the map of the British Honduras on the Caribbean.
[points up]
Linus Van Pelt: That cloud up there looks a little like the profile of Thomas Eakins, the famous painter and sculptor. And that group of clouds over there...
[points]
Linus Van Pelt: ...gives me the impression of the Stoning of Stephen. I can see the Apostle Paul standing there to one side.
Lucy Van Pelt: Uh huh. That's very good. What do you see in the clouds, Charlie Brown?
Charlie Brown: Well... I was going to say I saw a duckie and a horsie, but I changed my mind.

Government Spending In 2005

3,830,000,000,000      ( Obama's 2011 budget  )
 minus
1,211,401,000,000       ( Estimated 2011 individual income tax revenue )

        equals                                                                2,618,599,000,000.

The submitted budget for 2005 was 2.4 trillion.  This means -
We can rescind the 16th Amendment,
Eliminate the IRS,
NO ONE HAS TO PAY INCOME TAXES
if we just move government spending back to the level it was in 2005.

This was more difficult than I thought it was going to be.
Where does someone get information on the federal government's budget ?  I'd swear they were hiding it form me.

The Congressional Budget Office ?
The Government Accountability Office ?
The Office of Management and Budget ?
The Department of the Treasury ?
The Internal Revenue Service ?
