It's a screw driver tip designed to be inserted into an electric driver - 25mm long (much too short), anodized (pretty, shiny color) aluminum (soft), comes as a bonus when you purchase a box of deck screws.  Guaranteed to endure for at least half of a two by six.  If you've ever had the pleasure of using one of these, You now know why men gather armies and start wars.
