I recently replaced this burned out bulb. It's been in the kitchen maybe a year.

For sheer annoyingness, that matches Congress's 1973 imposition of a 55 mph speed limit, which was abolished in 1995.

Eight years? Maybe in the White House but he's got rooms he never uses.
