More Nanny State - Read this quote -  "We are taking a look at the legal basis for the marketing of the products," Joshua Sharfstein, the FDA's principal deputy commissioner, told reporters.

I propose that we assemble a joint session of the U.S. Congress.  Just for fun we bring along the Supreme Court and PBO.

Tell them they get no solid food, only Joose, until each one them has read aloud to the group all 4,440 words of the U.S. Constitution.  This would be awesome on C-SPAN.
